How to Purchase

At Hour & Lume, I believe a collection should be curated to every detail, including age and condition of the piece. While there is a limited amount of inventory in the shop, I recommend sourcing each piece for each customer as no timepiece is the same. If you have a piece in mind that isn’t in our inventory, most pieces can be sourced within 3-5 business days upon receiving an initial deposit. Looking for a specific piece? I can help you find it!

Once we agree on a piece and price, I request a $2,000 nonrefundable deposit via Zelle or Bank Wire before bringing the piece into my office. I will order the watch and examine it thoroughly, ensuring authenticity and accurate condition. Upon confirmation, I will request the remainder of the price of the watch, also via Zelle or Bank Wire, and collect your shipping information (name, address, email, phone number). Depending on which state you reside, you may be subject to your local sales tax. We operate out of California, so California residents should be prepared to pay sales tax. Once all funds have been received, the watch will be shipped out via FedEx 2-day to your nearest FedEx location.

Purchasing a Piece in Inventory

If you’d like to purchase a watch in our inventory, please reach out to andrew@hourandlume.com. Please provide your name, email, address, and phone number as well as the watch you’re looking to purchase. 

General: 

Please note that all sales are final. Upon receiving the package, please inspect the watch carefully to ensure it is in the condition described. I take very detailed photos of the watch before packaging it. 

If you feel unsatisfied with the timepiece, you can return the watch within 7 business days for 90% of the cost (plus tax if applicable).
